Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with original tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 3% restocking fee will be deducted from any approved refund.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including products that cannot be restocked once opened, such as supplements and skincare products. Additionally, select collections are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tieronegoods.com. If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Proof of damage will be required before a return or replacement can be approved.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. Items must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 3% restocking fee. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
